Once born, the child transformed into a goat-like creature with leathery wings, and a forked tail. Sightings of this creature have been plentiful in New Jersey, especially over the Pine Barrens. And though many look at this cryptid with curious affection, you certainly wouldn’t want to come across the Jersey Devil alone at night!
